All questions
Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book with us directly. If you are claiming on health insurance, your insurer may want a GP referral first, so check with them before you book.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in, such as shorts and a T-shirt or vest top. You will not need to undress for the first appointment unless the assessment needs it, and we will always ask first.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what is wrong and what you want to get back to. We will give you an estimate at your first appointment and review it with you as you go.

Can I use my health insurance?

Yes, we are recognised by most major health insurers. Before your first appointment, ask your insurer for an authorisation code, and bring it with your membership number.
