Our story
Unhurried care, close to home.
Waymark was set up by physiotherapists who wanted appointments that felt less rushed. Every first appointment is 45 minutes, so there is time to hear your story, test how you move and explain what we find in plain words.
We see people of every age and activity level: desk workers with stiff necks, runners training for their first half marathon, and people getting back on their feet after an operation.
Most of what we do is exercise-based, because that is what keeps you progressing between appointments. Hands-on treatment is there when it helps, and you always leave knowing what to do next.
